i agree. the ending basicly punched you in the gut with how much these people in an impossible place doing impossible work hated being where they were.

actully it was in the 50's that the "old school" Converse were interduced. at least as far as i can remember. that style is pretty darn old.

also got to remember ppl aren't goign to watch a show that makes them feel bad. look at the news. all the horrible stuff happens at the same part of the show and ends with something all happy and joyish. so ppl won't be turned off to the show. and watch again.
