I’ve always been hard-pressed to tell the difference between any of the aging metal bands, which is why I was glad to hear that a judge and jury have agreed to help. Seems Alice Cooper is suing KISS because the KISS song “Dreamin'” sounds the same as — well, all of Cooper’s stuff. Maybe I’ll get lucky and get called up for jury duty for the trial. I don’t really care how it turns out, but I could really use the five bucks a day. In any case, I hope they’ve made arrangements to keep a physician on hand throughout the trial. Anytime you get that many senior citizens in one place, someone’s bound to go.
